55 year old caucasian female presented for endodontic treatment #14. 
ASA class 2, significant for controlled hypertension and psychiatric
disorders.  #14 dx: previously treated with symptomatic apical
periodontitis.  During endodontic testing, patient was able to
specifically point out tenderness to palpation at the MB root.  Decision
made to approach MB root surgically as the coronal restoration was
intact.  Used BC putty as retrograde filling.  2 weeks post op photo is
included.
