33 years old Male patient, ASA 2 presented for evaluation and treatment of tooth no 1.
Clinical examination: sfsdsfs
Radiographic examination: dsfds
Diagnosis: Normal pulp with Normal apical tissue
Treatment plan: Initial Treatment.Following anesthesia and rubber dam placement, Traditional access+Conservative access was performed and 2 canals were located.
During treatment, Vertical Root Fracture+No Cracks/Fractures were identified.
Procedural errors during treatment: I broke an instrument+I gauged the tooth+Didn’t negotiate a canal
Instrumentation and irrigation protocol: dsfdssfsd
Canals were obturated using Single Cone+Root Repair Material
Restoration: Post & core placement+Internal Bleaching
Treatment was completed in 3 visits.
