44 years old Male patient, ASA 3, presented for evaluation and treatment of tooth no 1.
Clinical examination:  asd
Radiographic examination:  sdsd
Diagnosis: Symptomatic irreversible Pulpitis with Symptomatic apical periodontitis
Treatment plan: Retreatment.Pre-treatment Mishaps: Broken instrument+Missed canal
Following anesthesia and rubber dam placement, Conservative access+Ninja access was performed and 1 were located.
During treatment. Vertical Root Fracture were identified. I broke an instrument during treatment.
Instrumentation and irrigation protocol:  dssd
Canals were obturated using Warm Vertical+Single Cone technique
Restoration: Post & core placement+Internal Bleaching
Treatment was completed in 3 visits.
