17 y/o M presents with referral form GP “might be another root”. DX: PIT, NAT. There was heme when I opened up which was a fun scare. Apex locator read normally. Medicated, brought the pt back, and no heme upon opening that visit. Cleaned and shaped to size 30/.04. Obturated via HC with BC sealer.
