Diagnosis: Normal pulp with Symptomatic apical periodontitis
Treatment plan: Initial Treatment.Following anesthesia and rubber dam placement, Conservative access was performed and 2 canals were located.
During treatment, Split Tooth were identified.
Procedural errors during treatment: Didn’t negotiate a canal
Instrumentation and irrigation protocol:  ghghhjhj
Canals were obturated using Cold Lateral
Restoration: Temp. rest. placement
Treatment was completed in 1 Visit.
