70 years old female patient was referred to PG endo clinic to Re-treatment of #12 thru the crown (ASA: Type2). Diagnosis: Previously treated with Asymptomatic apical periodontitis. Gutta percha was removed using XP-Shaper. C&S was done using Vortex + XP-Shaper with Buccal:35/04 and Palatal: 35/04.Obturation with WVC and AH+ sealer.
